What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain.
• Lead discovery and prioritization to balance regulatory needs, tech debt, and operational improvements.
• Translate strategy into execution by defining roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Represent the domain in senior stakeholder forums, communicating trade-offs and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of owning complex areas end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience in HR tech, hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building or iterating on AI-powered and automation-driven features.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based within UTC +3 to UTC -5.
• Strong product discovery, problem-framing, and data-driven decision-making skills.
