What you will do

• Translate product architecture and vision into clearly defined concepts and actionable work packages.
• Own the operational lifecycle of AI-driven features from initial concept through to rollout and impact tracking.
• Identify and resolve technical, functional, or organizational dependencies to prevent project bottlenecks.
• Act as the central interface between Engineering, Design, Strategy, and business stakeholders.
• Create decision papers and documentation to enable teams to deliver with minimal friction.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and German (C1 level).
• Proven experience in product management, technical project management, or consulting within software/platform environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivery and structured problem-solving.
• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in a product development context.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requirements and communicate complex matters persuasively.
• Must be based in Germany or willing to commute regularly to Munich or Leipzig.
