TL;DR

Location: Must reside within commutable distance to Mississauga for hybrid requirements or be available for travel to office events for remote roles.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
- Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
- Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Operations.
- Drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability.
- Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide subject matter expertise for strategic deals and executive-level customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
- Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for team events and onboarding.
Nice to have
- Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
- Healthcare or post-acute industry experience.
- MBA or equivalent business experience.
- Familiarity with Claude Code and Claude Work.
