TL;DR

Outbound Product Manager (SaaS): Driving the commercialization and market success of strategic products with an accent on go-to-market execution, product positioning, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on leading GTM readiness, managing beta programs, and synthesizing market insights to drive revenue and adoption.

Location: Must reside within commutable distance to Mississauga for hybrid requirements or be available for travel to office events for remote roles.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Operations.
  • Drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability.
  • Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for strategic deals and executive-level customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data.
  • Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be able to travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City for team events and onboarding.

Nice to have

  • Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
  • Healthcare or post-acute industry experience.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • Familiarity with Claude Code and Claude Work.
