What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of tools, including ordering, registration, storage, and cabin space utilization.
• Plan and execute certification, calibration, maintenance, and inspections to secure smooth product output.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and regular Gemba walks.
• Lead automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (manufacturing, engineering, quality) and manage 3rd party tool handlers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal governance by creating and updating quality documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in tool management and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and ability to maintain quality documentation.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement structural solutions.
• Experience in budget planning and control.
• Strong coordination skills for managing external suppliers and tool planners.
