What you will do

• Manage factory loading, capacity planning, and demand fulfillment to ensure optimal delivery execution.
• Coordinate forecast alignment and resource allocation with OSAT partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor capacity utilization and cycle time performance to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and business growth initiatives.
• Manage subcontractor logistics, material flows, and billing/cost control activities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance teams to mitigate supply risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in factory planning, capacity management, or supply chain execution.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex planning scenarios.
• Strong influence and communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in supply chain processes and subcontractor operations.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving strategic improvements.
