What you will do

• Develop mid-long term category strategies, conduct market and SWOT analyses, and lead the supplier selection process (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Lead price negotiations throughout the product lifecycle and establish quarterly pricing reviews to meet BOM targets.
• Manage strategic relationships with ODMs and component manufacturers, conducting QBRs and managing escalations.
• Own supplier contracts in collaboration with legal teams to ensure robust and effective agreements.
• Monitor supplier compliance with the hirify.global Code of Conduct and maintain a prioritized risk register.
• Analyze sourcing data using Power BI or Looker Studio to drive professional, data-backed decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in consumer/industrial goods, ideally within the consumer electronics industry.
• Deep understanding of consumer electronics market trends and costed BOMs.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management and sourcing for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Technical knowledge in cost analysis of mechanical parts (tooling, Injection, CNC) and experience with recycled materials.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
