What you will do

• Lead SCM and Industrial Engineering as a key member of the factory's Management Team.
• Manage production planning and scheduling to ensure the supply plan is executed effectively.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, including entry, administration, and delivery.
• Drive investment requests and resource allocations to meet supply targets within cost constraints.
• Initiate and implement process improvements using Lean concepts and lead new system implementation projects.
• Coordinate with the Global Supply Chain Organization (SCO) to exceed delivery requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or Business.
• 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or fulfillment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and managing cross-functional teams.
• Background in multi-national business and complex manufacturing environments.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
