Supply Chain Management Director

Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan; onsite factory role

What you will do

• Lead Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering as a member of the factory management team.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, resource planning, order fulfillment, sample order execution, and supply plan execution for the IC assembly and test plant.
• Coordinate with Business Line, Global Supply Chain Organization, factory operations, production, engineering, PPF, and other stakeholders to maintain delivery performance and order loading.
• Drive investment requests, resource allocation, factory efficiency improvements, Lean process improvements, and standardization across sites.
• Own new system implementation projects in supply chain management and related areas.
• Monitor WIP, order tracking, and process indicators; resolve escalated delivery and supply-plan issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP or other supply chain management systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in multinational business and complex manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
