What you will do

• Execute sales and renewals of IT products and services through multichannel inbound and outbound activities.
• Conduct lead qualification and prospecting to expand the company's customer base.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners and existing customers.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to prepare activity and forecast reports.
• Manage back-end sales support including order processing and quotation generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or sales support.
• Must be located in Bangkok, Thailand for hybrid work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
