What you will do
- Define and own the local product strategy for the Australian market, influencing global priorities.
- Analyze sophisticated trader and institutional workflows to identify product gaps and opportunities.
- Translate complex customer requirements into detailed product requirements and business cases for global teams.
- Drive local management of product and feature launches, including GTM planning and internal enablement.
- Act as the primary liaison between Australian business teams and global Product & Engineering functions.
- Lead and mentor the local Product & Strategy function, setting priorities and supporting team development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Strategy, PM, or Strategy within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of crypto and financial markets, specifically institutional trading workflows.
- Proven ability to translate complex customer needs into practical product solutions and compelling business cases.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps and collaborating with Engineering teams without direct ownership of delivery.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with executives and technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
