• Strong track record in managing New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Experience synthesizing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to drive product adoption and ensure compliance.
• Experience supporting pricing strategy and monitoring product portfolio margins.
