What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and positioning while aligning with revenue goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Engage with industry groups and standards committees to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Translate market requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Gather customer feedback and field data to drive continuous product improvements.
• Develop product performance reporting and project briefs to track KPIs.

Requirements

• Must have full Australian working rights
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex products from concept to launch.
• Solid experience in product management, preferably in water or environmental technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
