Location: Must be based in Brisbane, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home). Valid work rights in Australia are required as visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Establish and lead Ignite’s regional presence, owning relationships with GISI and operating company leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise technology, innovation strategy, and digital delivery.
• Integrate regional initiatives into global processes, including intake, prioritization, and delivery governance.
• Partner with sales and account leaders to support business development and client pursuits.
• Build and manage a regional team over time based on demand and growth goals.
• Identify and report region-specific strategic needs to inform global roadmap development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in technology-enabled transformation, digital strategy, or innovation consulting.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, data governance, and secure data platform design.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia; no visa sponsorship available.
• Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with Australian government data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, or international development sectors.
• Familiarity with AI, workflow automation, or innovation programs.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across APAC markets.
