What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality data projects while maintaining a consultative client experience.
• Align internal teams and clients on survey design, sample plans, and project timelines.
• Coordinate survey programming, sampling, and data processing to ensure error-free, timely deliverables.
• Proactively manage client communication, providing regular updates and advising on project trade-offs.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and act as the voice of the customer for product teams.
• Lead by example, supporting and coaching junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Strong track record in project management or consultancy within the market research industry.
• Proven experience delivering bespoke quantitative research and data projects.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• English: C1 level required for clear written and oral communication.
• Experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
