What you will do

• Act as the primary interface with subcontractors to ensure production deliveries are met.
• Monitor daily production status and maintain product flow across outsourced manufacturing operations.
• Track purchase orders, coordinate vendor processing, and secure material availability against demand.
• Coordinate material transfers with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Monitor process cycle times and resolve conflicts in production priorities to support delivery goals.
• Respond to urgent customer requirements, provide shipment commitments, and align targets with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with planning software.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support the development of other Supply Chain Planners.
