What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to GBSG Finance leadership to develop and refine 1- and 3-year strategic plans.
• Build complex financial models to analyze business scenarios and inform go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product portfolios.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of executive-level financial reviews and presentations for the GM organization.
• Drive operational excellence and reporting standards using an AI-first approach to automate processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting experience.
• Proven experience scaling and managing a Fintech/Lending business, including knowledge of Loan unit economics and Capital Markets.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and developing finance teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Extensive experience partnering directly with C-Suite and SVP-level executives.
• MBA, CFA, and/or CPA strongly preferred; BS/BA required.
