Finance Business Partner, G&A (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Denver, San Francisco, or Seattle, United States

Salary: $134,000–$211,000 annual salary, depending on location

What you will do

• Partner with the CFO, CAO, CIO, and senior corporate leaders on financial strategy, budgeting, and headcount allocation.
• Own financial planning, capital allocation, and budgeting for approximately half of the G&A organization.
• Design and automate forecasting processes and scalable workflows using AI-assisted tools.
• Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models for capital allocation and enterprise vendor investments.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting, flux analyses, variance commentary, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Accounting and cross-functional teams on month-end close, annual operating plans, long-range planning, data integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or a related analytical field.
• Experience in public SaaS or multinational corporate environments, including knowledge of SaaS metrics and corporate infrastructure costs.
• Advanced financial modeling and data manipulation skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, analytical, operational, and problem-solving abilities, with experience presenting complex financial information to senior leaders.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive projects, create playbooks, and establish structure in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan, Oracle, or Workday.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
