Senior Director, FP&A (AI)

Location: Based at the New York City headquarters

Cash compensation: $272,000–$320,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team and establish scalable planning and reporting standards.
• Advise the President and executive leadership team on financial strategy, resource allocation, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Own end-to-end P&L accountability across all product lines and drive portfolio-level performance.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare executive and board-level financial presentations and support M&A analysis and due diligence.
• Modernize FP&A through automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and scalable processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
• 8+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-product businesses and presenting financial analysis to executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, analytical, and profitability analysis skills.
• Experience building scalable finance processes through technology, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills.
