Finance Director, North America Revenue FP&A (Cost-of-Volume Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Foster City, California, with at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $170,700–$273,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis of commercial deal incentives and total cost of volume, including economics, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Advise Sales leadership and regional executives on financial trade-offs, deal scenarios, commercial strategies, and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Deal Finance, Controllership, Global FP&A, Client Incentive Operations, Legal, and Sales on deal renewals and new deals.
• Own deal pipeline governance, reporting, and consolidation of total cost of volume.
• Lead multi-year planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and actual-versus-forecast performance reviews.
• Drive transformation through Generative AI, predictive analytics, automated workflows, and talent development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Deep experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or investment banking.
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and quantitative business analysis skills.
• Experience influencing executive-level decision-makers and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of payments, network economics, commercial contracts, accounting implications, and financial technology transformation.
• Ability to work from the Foster City, California office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s multi-party economic model and the payments ecosystem.
• Experience implementing Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, advanced BI platforms, or workflow automation in finance.
• Strong executive presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder-influence capabilities.
