TL;DR
AI Consultant (Fintech): Shaping analytics and AI strategy across Europe with an accent on AI governance, operating models, and strategic priorities. Focus on translating high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensuring compliance with frameworks like the EU AI Act.
Location: Hybrid in Istanbul (2 days/week in office for 3 weeks/month, 1 week fully remote)

What you will do
- Develop analytics and AI strategies and evolve organizational operating models.
- Drive AI governance initiatives, including coordination for the EU AI Act and Generative AI.
- Manage analytics portfolios and lead quarterly review processes.
- Build strategic partnerships with academic and industry organizations.
- Translate analytics strategy into execution plans and actionable objectives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including Chief Analytics Officers and Tribe Leads.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or program management.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex transformation initiatives and projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for senior leadership.
- Structured problem-solving mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
- English: C1 level or above required
