What you will do

• Manage the full AP cycle from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
• Process vendor payments, including out-of-cycle payments, employee advances, and reimbursements.
• Maintain and update vendor records and profiles to support strong supplier relationships.
• Review and code invoices according to company policies and internal controls.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP sub-ledger reconciliation and tax reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the AP function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an Accounting-related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant AP or finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
