Salary: $164,800 — $422,000 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Engineers, including junior managers.
- Build scalable practices for onboarding, adoption, technical success planning, and resilience maturity.
- Standardize the use of maturity assessments, recoverability validation, and recovery simulations.
- Monitor customer health, adoption sentiment, and renewal readiness across the team's book of business.
- Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for strategic enterprise customers.
- Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Product teams to align success activities with account strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, or data protection.
- 3+ years of experience managing technical professionals.
- Strong technical acumen in virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery.
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO, VP).
- Data-driven leadership style using metrics and operational insights.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- VMCE certification.
