What you will do

  • Develop Analog and Mixed-Signal layout blocks from schematic to tape-out.
  • Execute floorplanning and optimize layouts for performance, matching, and reliability.
  • Perform physical verification using DRC, LVS, and ERC tools.
  • Support parasitic extraction and post-layout analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Verification, Package, and Test engineering.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of layout methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Microelectronics.
  • Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso Layout environment.
  • Solid understanding of DRC/LVS verification concepts.
  • Familiarity with Linux working environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CMOS, BCD, or High Voltage technologies.
  • Experience with Calibre, PVS, or equivalent verification tools.
  • Basic scripting skills in SKILL, Python, TCL, or Shell.
  • Experience in automotive semiconductor development.
  • Interest in layout automation.
