TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLMs/MLOps): Designing, building, and deploying AI solutions based on LLMs and traditional machine learning models from PoC to production with an accent on RAG, fine-tuning, data preparation, and model operations. Focus on integrating and evaluating models, building ML pipelines, deploying production services, and maintaining monitoring and data quality.
Location: Hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and traditional machine learning models from PoC to production.
- Implement and integrate AI models, including fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and ML pipelines.
- Deploy models to production and maintain them through MLOps, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Prepare datasets and improve feature engineering and data quality.
- Deliver tasks independently within a defined solution architecture.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases such as Qdrant or pgvector.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and validation.
- Experience with MLOps, Docker or Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, and model serving with tools such as vLLM or Triton.
- Knowledge of SQL, cloud platforms, and/or on-premises infrastructure.
- English and Polish language skills required.
