Account Manager

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales and operational data to provide actionable recommendations for partner growth.
• Identify opportunities for upselling services and coordinating marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams to resolve partner issues.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure strategic partnerships.
• Monitor partner compliance with service-level agreements and operational standards.

Requirements

• Residency in Alexandria is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
