Location: Onsite in Alexandria, Egypt

hirify.global is launching a new program in Alexandria and hiring an SME to provide process and productivity support for agents.

What you will do

  • Check agent activities and confirm that assigned work is completed.
  • Review daily appointments and tasks, keeping agents informed of priorities.
  • Lock successful sales in the shared SharePoint tracker and audit sales for validity.
  • Escalate potentially invalid sales and reject invalid transactions when required.
  • Monitor agent productivity, provide hourly updates and real-time floor support.
  • Prepare daily productivity reports and a weekly team performance report.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment supporting agents as an SME.
  • Fluent French or German plus B2 English is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Alexandria is required.
  • Open availability.

  • Experience as an SME supporting a sales program.
