What you will do

  • Support agents as the first line of process and productivity guidance.
  • Review agent activities, appointments, tasks, and team priorities.
  • Lock authorized sales in SharePoint and audit sales for validity.
  • Escalate potentially invalid sales and reject invalid transactions when required.
  • Monitor productivity, provide real-time feedback, and support agents on the floor.
  • Prepare daily productivity updates and weekly team performance reports.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment supporting agents in an SME capacity.
  • Fluent Spanish or Italian and B2 English required.
  • Experience supporting a sales program as an SME is desirable.
  • Ability to work onsite in Alexandria.
  • Open availability.
