What you will do

• Drive inbound and outbound sales activities to acquire new clients for the hirify.global Ads platform.
• Develop and execute multi-format advertising strategies (video, display, native) to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with marketing executives and media agencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and International Ads teams.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize client ROI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital media or advertising platforms.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end digital ad sales for enterprise brands.
• Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and programmatic ecosystems.
• English: Native or fluent (C1+) required.
• Arabic: Native-level proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic required.
• Location: Must be based in the Casablanca area (Morocco).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Moroccan Arabic (Darija).
• Proficiency in French.
