TL;DR

Associate, Partnerships & Inside Sales (Web3): Supporting the global partnerships team through the full deal lifecycle and generating new business leads for CoinDesk’s media and data products with an accent on lead generation and client communication. Focus on maximizing sales efficiency, maintaining pipeline integrity in Salesforce, and identifying new business targets within the cryptocurrency industry.

Location: Must be based in New York (work onsite at the NYC office minimum 4 days per week)

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives

What you will do

  • Support the Partnerships team throughout the full deal lifecycle to drive business development initiatives.
  • Communicate directly with clients to facilitate responses and move negotiations forward.
  • Generate new business leads by connecting with targeted accounts and identifying opportunities.
  • Assess the competitive environment to identify and pursue new business targets.
  • Coordinate with Digital & Event Operations for executing agreements, reporting, and deal progress.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and track revenue for digital media and events inventory.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York and able to work onsite minimum 4 days per week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with a global team.
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, AI, G Suite, and LinkedIn.
  • High level of self-accountability and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a client-facing sales role.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
