Focus on creating differentiated product solutions, executing GTM strategies, and scaling the hirify.global Network.

Location: Hybrid (in-office 2-3 days a week)

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize new blockchains, protocols, and applications to drive revenue growth.
• Create differentiated solutions by leveraging the core hirify.global offering and partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and operations teams to develop robust solutions.
• Devise and deliver global go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Set, track, and meet specific revenue targets.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at external events and webinars.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital, with a focus on DeFi.
• Proven track record of leveraging industry relationships to drive revenue opportunities.
• Strong financial background and experience building revenue/profit models.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities in high-ambiguity environments.
