Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 + commission + performance incentives

What you will do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive regional expansion and solidify market leadership.
• Manage and grow a predetermined client base using a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify and generate new business and revenue opportunities by building relationships with key industry players.
• Represent all CoinDesk products, including live events, digital media, video, podcasts, and newsletters.
• Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce for all sales activity and pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate with the Global Partnerships team and business leads to maximize client ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of media and/or events sales experience within crypto, global finance, or tech sectors.
• Deep knowledge and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
• Existing, well-developed industry relationships across the US East Coast and Canada regions.
• Ability to work onsite at the NYC Office a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and conferences.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), and G Suite.
