What you will do

• Define and implement the strategic vision for service delivery via professional services and partners to drive adoption and retention.
• Manage professional services and PS partners as a P&L center, optimizing for efficiency, profitability, and pricing structures.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve scalability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on excellence in service delivery and partner management.
• Develop and manage the services partner program, ensuring partners are well-trained and aligned with company standards.
• Establish comprehensive certification programs and persona-based learning paths to ensure uniform service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in professional services within technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of managing P&Ls with a deep understanding of financial metrics.
• BA degree is a must; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in high-growth organizations or scale-ups.
• Must be based in the UK to support the hybrid working model.
