What you will do

• Define and lead the services operating model for International Government, including governance and delivery standards.
• Build the IG services organization covering professional services, implementation, integration, and mission support.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape services strategy and reduce delivery risk.
• Develop SOWs, implementation plans, and pricing for strategic government pursuits.
• Manage direct, matrixed, and partner delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Establish performance metrics to measure customer impact, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in professional services, program delivery, or technical services.
• Proven track record of building or scaling services functions in high-growth environments.
• Experience working with defense, intelligence, national security, or similarly regulated public sector customers.
• Technical fluency in software implementation, APIs, cloud/edge deployments, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong program and portfolio management expertise.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience in GEOINT, ISR, UAV, or AI-enabled national security solutions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience scaling training and mission support across multiple regions.
