What you will do
- Own the end-to-end client relationship across the managed services portfolio, from onboarding to renewal.
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of technical specialists across multiple time zones.
- Define and optimize service level agreement frameworks, operating models, and delivery standards.
- Drive the adoption of AI tooling to accelerate service delivery and reduce manual toil.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to provide platform feedback and shape service offerings.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in managed services, technical account management, or customer success within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Deep expertise in the financial services sector, including regulatory environments and operational pressures.
- Strong technical background with the ability to lead architecture discussions and understand observability concepts.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to improve service delivery and operational scale.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships from technical contacts to C-suite sponsors.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with observability or APM tooling such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI/ML-powered tooling in a client-facing delivery context.
