What you will do

• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support process mining and discovery initiatives, including data preparation and analysis.
• Build performance reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to quantify business impact.
• Develop automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI and automation trends to translate them into applicable use cases.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Proficiency with tools such as Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Strong AI literacy, including generative AI concepts applied to enterprise transformation.
• US-based candidates only (implied by location and benefit structure).

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
