Salary: $101,182 - $142,250

What you will do

• Elicit and document requirements through workshops, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Serve as a liaison between product owners, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Develop Process Design Documents (PDDs) and validate Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Design LLM-enabled user journeys to extend UiPath capabilities.
• Partner with developers to ensure traceability and alignment from requirements to delivery.
• Support the project manager in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring continuous flow.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years with UiPath or RPA projects.
• Strong understanding of UiPath components including Studio, Orchestrator, and Queues.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, Jira, and documenting complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• UiPath Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience with process mining tools like UiPath Process Mining or Task Mining.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise-level RPA governance.
• Understanding of financial management and internal controls in a federal environment.
