Technical Operations Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop quality control plans and maintain product specifications for manufacturing operations.
• Execute NPI production ramp-up and approval processes according to internal APQP procedures.
• Perform technical evaluations, supplier/contract manufacturer audits, and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate test run operations and assist in the design of manufacturing end-of-line test plans.
• Support PFMEA reviews and horizontally apply lessons learned into quality control plans.
• Map existing workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives to standardize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• BS engineering degree or related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in quality manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and management of certification.
• Experience in basic SPC principles and Six Sigma philosophy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean, and 5S concepts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
