What you will do

• Lead quality engineering activities throughout launch phases to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain critical quality documentation, including APQP, PFEP, PFMEA, process control plans, and flow charts.
• Execute launch readiness activities, including new hire training, production support, and validation.
• Collaborate with site quality and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Analyze operational data to drive regional quality initiatives and implement best practices.
• Provide on-site support during major launches, requiring approximately 50% travel across North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality role within automotive, medical devices, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of APQP methodologies and quality tools such as PFMEA and process mapping.
• Knowledge of international quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% across North America.
