Line Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define and standardize work procedures for startups, stoppages, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Monitor and analyze line KPIs, including rejection rates and OEE, to identify and eliminate causes of deviations.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize cost, quality, and security.
• Manage calibration programs for quality devices and maintain visual management of the line.
• Identify training needs and lead the execution of training for line personnel to ensure safe operations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automation, Organizational, or Chemical fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the industrial sector (cosmetics, pharmacy, food, or automotive).
• High level of English and Spanish (mandatory), both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience developing data visualizations in Power BI and preferably SQL.
