What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of sputtering tools.
• Execute equipment troubleshooting and resolve chronic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with equipment and process engineering to improve tool reliability and reduce product defects.
• Initiate projects focused on equipment OEE, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and safety hazard elimination.
• Utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting.
• Develop and apply expertise in vacuum technology fundamentals.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or ITE.
• Foundational knowledge or experience in mechanical or electronics.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment.
• Ability to work on a 12-hour shift pattern.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Previous experience working in a clean room environment.
