Salary: $64,300 - $121,450

What you will do

• Document workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities across core enterprise processes.
• Support process mining and discovery initiatives, including data preparation, analysis, and insight generation.
• Build performance reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to quantify the business impact of transformations.
• Develop automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to tangible business value.
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Track emerging GenAI and automation trends to translate them into applicable enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with process tools such as Celonis, UiPath, or SAP Signavio.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data sets.
• Must be based in the US (Irving/Dallas area).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working directly in client environments.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes such as O2C, P2P, AR/AP.
