Salary: $147,900–$200,100 USD annually

What you will do

• Define and execute joint sales and GTM programs with a select group of Generative AI ISV partners.
• Create and track strategic partner development plans to ensure alignment with overall AWS GenAI strategy.
• Manage and close a pipeline of customer opportunities associated with assigned partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including solutions architects, marketing, PR, and legal teams.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Guide product direction by communicating technical requirements from solution providers to internal development teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs, AI/ML, and data technologies.
• Proven ability to influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse business and technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
