Location: Remote (USA)
Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 annually

What you will do
- Identify and pursue high-value strategic partnerships to generate significant patient referral volume.
- Develop executive-level relationships with health systems, hospitals, FQHCs, and government agencies.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, referral arrangements, and collaborative growth initiatives.
- Establish sustainable referral channels with emergency departments and primary care organizations.
- Partner with criminal justice organizations, drug courts, and correctional facilities to expand patient access.
- Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Marketing leadership to align partnership efforts with growth objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or growth leadership.
- Proven track record of building executive-level relationships and driving measurable business growth.
- Expertise in negotiating and managing complex partnership relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Ability to travel 50–75% across BHG markets and partnership locations.
- Must be based in the USA to manage domestic healthcare partnerships.
Nice to have
- Experience with government procurement, public-sector contracting, and RFP/RFQ processes.
- Background in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with value-based care and behavioral health ecosystems.
