Salary: $92,500–$125,000

What you will do
- Manage strategic relationships with key transportation partners to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead executive-level reviews, including Weekly Joint Operating Committees (JOC) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Develop executive dashboards and scorecards in Tableau to monitor partner performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define KPIs and establish data-driven decision-making processes.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance the overall member experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or complex vendor relations.
- Must be based in the USA (based on US-specific benefits and legal compliance).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Advanced experience with Tableau for dashboard development and visualization.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional projects.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare supporting Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
