TL;DR

Senior Director, Strategic Client Success (Mental Health): Leading the Strategic Client Success group to manage the largest employer relationships with an accent on retention, growth, and long-term strategic value. Focus on coaching high-performing client executives, driving commercial performance, and advocating for client needs across product and clinical teams.

Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Remote available; Hybrid model (3 days/week in office) for candidates in the greater San Francisco area.

Salary: $153,990–$195,000 base + quarterly variable compensation + equity

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Strategic Client Success team, fostering a high-performing culture and setting performance standards.
  • Oversee strategic account planning to drive long-term value and retention for the largest employer clients.
  • Manage commercial performance, including renewals, revenue retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to build scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Act as an executive partner and strategic advisor to C-suite stakeholders and third-party brokers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to serve as the Voice of the Customer.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic client-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) is required.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing revenue and retention targets.
  • Proven track record managing Fortune 100 accounts ($1M+ recurring revenue).
  • Deep understanding of the mental health landscape and payment models.
  • Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
