What you will do

• Conduct outbound telephone consultations to educate providers on the value and functionality of CareCredit.
• Use a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to handle objections and influence providers to align with campaign objectives.
• Provide a professional customer experience while upholding hirify.global and CareCredit brand standards.
• Accurately capture and document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Identify practice development opportunities and coordinate follow-ups with PDS/PDM.
• Execute daily activities according to call time and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
• Completed at least 2 years in college or a 2-year Associate Degree.
• English fluency is required.
• Amenable to work in shifting hours between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer tracking software.
• Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of CareCredit products.
• Experience with Salesforce/SFDC.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
