TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Catholic): Driving outbound sales efforts for a SaaS platform serving Catholic parishes and dioceses with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline building. Focus on executing high-volume cold outreach, scheduling appointments for Account Executives, and managing prospect relationships via Salesforce and Outreach.

Location: Must be based in AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WA

Compensation: $70,000+ OTE ($50k base + $20k+ variable)

What you will do

  • Execute 75+ cold outbound calls, emails, and texts daily to qualify Catholic parishes and non-profits.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day for Account Executives.
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Identify and communicate the value of hirify.global solutions to address prospect challenges.
  • Maintain performance metrics and meet established sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve collective targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in an approved US state (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
  • Must be available to work 6AM-3PM or 7AM-4PM Pacific Time.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Catholic church leadership structure, budgets, and parish activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Platforms.
