What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives and share market insights.
- Partner with Finance to manage billing, collections, and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain data integrity and track performance metrics within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems.
