What you will do
- Evaluate MQLs from the Engagement Hub and provide warm hand-offs to sales representatives within one hour.
- Maintain accurate contact and lead records within HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Qualify incoming sales calls and redirect inbound inquiries to appropriate support queues.
- Process purchase orders and generate sales orders for the accounting department.
- Audit lead pipelines to ensure accurate status and attribution.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines
- 1+ year of successful sales or sales operations experience.
- Experience with ticket desk handling and CRM contact management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions to complex organizations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
