Location: Must be based in the Americas

Compensation: $97,095 OTE USD

What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts to build a robust prospect list.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on business fit and readiness to engage.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings between decision-makers and Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Americas
  • Proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • French language proficiency is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead generation strategies.
