Senior iOS Engineer (Crypto Trading)

Location: New York, NY office; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. The position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Base pay: $196,000–$230,000 USD annually for Zone 1, including New York, NY. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable iOS architecture for advanced crypto trading experiences.
• Build fast, reliable mobile trading tools with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data teams.
• Improve application performance, real-time data handling, observability, and release stability across crypto trading workflows.
• Lead technical planning, system design reviews, implementation discussions, and incident resolution for high-stakes trading features.
• Mentor iOS engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and structured development support.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and long-term platform improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• Extensive experience with Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
• Experience designing large-scale mobile systems with clear architecture patterns, scalable components, and maintainable testing strategies.
• Experience with data-intensive or real-time use cases and cross-functional technical collaboration.
• Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and balancing delivery with platform improvements.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial platforms, trading systems, or real-time market data products.
• Ability to translate complex trading concepts into intuitive mobile experiences.
